"Hi Alan,

I just wanted to thank you for a fine job last Saturday. I've gotten so many complements about the music before, during and after the wedding. Some even said how they enjoyed just being outside while you were playing. My father-in-law was cracking up that we had chosen to do 'Cock of the North' to bring the guys and me into the sanctuary, and said what a great choice it was. As far as 'Highland Cathedral' is concerned, I got goosebumps from listening to you and Paul play together. That is such a powerful tune, and the two instruments (pipes and organ) playing together made it even more so. I was disappointed that nobody yelled during 'Black Bear' when we came into the reception, but most of those people are not familiar with it (the tune) anyway. You did a great job all the way through."
